General Information

One night advance guarantee (check or credit card) is required to confirm a reservation request. A two-night stay is required over weekends (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) with a two night guarantee. Rates are subject to change without notice. Requested villa types are subject to availability at time of guarantee.  Balance due at time of check in – CASH ONLY – no credit cards are taken at the resort.

Note: For your comfort and relaxation, we do not have televisions or phones on the premises. Please feel free to bring a TV/VCR/DVD combo and a cell phone if one is desired.

Note to cell phone users: You may need to contact your providers prior to entering Mexico for cell phone activation south of the border.

For your safety and others, no pets please.

CANCELLATION POLICY

WE REQUIRE A 72 HOUR CANCELLATION ON NORMAL WEEKENDS, ONE WEEK FOR HOLIDAYS FOR FULL REFUNDS, OTHERWISE YOU ARE CREDITED THAT AMOUNT TOWARDS YOUR NEXT STAY TO BE USED WITHIN 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF CANCELLATION.
